I talk too and see so many runners who think they get all their strength in their legs just by running. Well I came across a great article about Work Your Lower Body Too which gives a great message to all of us.
I know when I go to the gym it becomes very easy to just work on my upper body so I see the results easier but I know I have to take the time to keep my lower body “legs” strong too. This is very important to remember as we get older, esp. us golfers and those who love to stay in good shape and fit. 🙂
